Our concierge service brings a single expert to your side who understands both the aesthetics and the performance considerations of each material choice — especially on the Emerald Coast, where salt air, humidity, and coastal light are factors no online retailer can advise you on.
Bespoke
If it doesn't exist in our catalog, we'll create it — or source it from anywhere in the world.
Bespoke projects are where we shine. A 12-foot pivot door in figured walnut? A custom baseboard profile to match 1920s historic trim? Italian stone in a finish and size only available by special quarry order? We've done all of it. Our relationships with mills in Europe and quarries in Italy allow us to source materials that no domestic supplier can provide.
White-Glove Delivery
Your materials arrive when needed, where needed — without a scratch.
Materials that change hands six times before reaching your project arrive damaged, delayed, and disappointing. We ship direct from source to our Northwest Florida warehouse, then deliver by our own team within 30 miles at no charge. Fragile tile is strapped, padded, and hand-carried. Doors arrive in protective packaging and are uncrated on-site if requested. Nothing is left to chance.
