Our Story
How It Began
Two Builders. One Gap in the Market.
Michael and Daniel built homes on 30A for years before they started Lux Trim. They knew the problem firsthand.
The best materials — true Italian marble, genuinely wide-plank European oak, custom-profile trim that didn't look like it came from a big-box store — required sourcing through distributors in Atlanta, Miami, or Houston. Minimum orders were large. Lead times were long. Damaged freight was common. And no one could actually advise you on which stone would hold up in a coastal bathroom or which oak species would resist the humidity cycles on the Emerald Coast.
They founded Lux Trim to close that gap. Headquartered at 49 John Galt Road. in Santa Rosa Beach with warehousing throughout Northwest Florida, they built direct relationships with European mills and Italian quarries, eliminating the layers that drove up cost and drove down quality.
Today, Lux Trim is the Emerald Coast's only luxury millwork company that combines European-source materials, concierge design consultation, bespoke custom sourcing, and white-glove delivery under one roof — with the local knowledge that only comes from building here.
